ResponsibilitiesCreating and executing our digital PR strategy targeted at gaining high-quality links (both evergreen and from authoritative press).
- Leading the research and ideation process to come up with effective and innovative concepts for campaigns.
- Working with our internal content and product teams to turn ideas into live campaigns.
- Planning promotion strategies for campaigns and managing the prospecting and outreach process, including taking the lead on the writing of press releases and pitches where needed.
Building relationships with bloggers, editors, and journalists.
Required qualifications
- Experience with large-scale projects (such as digital publishing).
- Experience in digital PR in a leadership position.
- Demonstrable examples of top-tier PR coverage and links you have achieved.
- Creativity: you are able to think outside of the box and constantly have fresh ideas for campaigns.
- Project management skills: you know well how to organize the work of your team to deliver the best results.
- Leadership skills: you can build a team and, organize its work, motivate and mentor your team members.
- You’re located in a timezone between GMT-3 and GMT+6.
- You have an excellent command of the English language (at least C1 level, both speaking and writing).
Bonus points for…
- Experience working as a journalist
- Experience with projects and campaigns that focus on statistics, numbers, popularising science, etc.
Employment terms
- Contract type of your choosing - B2B or Contract of Employment
- Salary: 10 800 - 16 800 net PLN B2B or 9 000 - 14 000 gross PLN CoE - This salary is for Poland. Your salary will be adjusted to the cost of living in your country
- Work equipment such as a laptop or headphones
- Flexible working schedule, fully remote or hybrid, with the possibility of working from one of our office locations in Poland: Mikołajska St. in Kraków or Twarda St. in Warsaw

Recruitment process
- An introduction call with the recruiter where you will learn more about the position (30-40 mins).
- An hour-long call with the COO and Head of HR to listen about your experience and check your cultural fit.
- We will ask you to complete a recruitment task (around 4 hours of work). We understand this is an extra effort which we appreciate. After we close the process, we will donate 1000 PLN for each delivered task to the Doctors Without Borders charity.
- An hour-long call with the CEO and a PR specialist to assess your digital PR skills.
Optionally, at the very end, we may ask you for a reference from one of your former supervisors.

We process your personal data to assess your qualifications to provide services or work for our company, assess your abilities and skills needed to perform services or work and choose the proper person to work with us or provide services to us. We process your data in order to participate in an individual recruitment process or in order to participate in future recruitment processes, provided that you give us additional consent by selecting a voluntary checkbox.
On what legal basis do we process your data?
The lawful basis for processing your personal data is article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, which relates to processing necessary to perform a contract or to take steps at your request before entering a contract.
If you provide us with more data than is required to fulfill the purpose of the processing, the lawful basis for processing is article 6(1)(a), which relates to your consent expressed by providing us with additional data.

How long do we process your data?
Most of our advertisements concern positions for which we are constantly recruiting. The selection of a given candidate does not close the recruitment process. In these cases, we process your personal data for the time necessary to select the best candidate, but no longer than 12 months from receiving your application.
If you give your voluntary consent to the processing of your personal data in order to participate in future recruitment processes, we will process your data no longer than until it is withdrawn.
