The company is part of an international group with a headquarters located in Germany. As an Assistant to CEO, you will join the team in Warsaw and support the Board member.

your daily tasks
- you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to the CEO
- you will provide sophisticated calendar management for the CEO, prioritize inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts
- you will ensure day-to-day engagements work smoothly
- you will perform basic accounting tasks and book travel for the CEO
- you will complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the CEO’s ability to effectively lead the organization, including: assisting with special projects; designing and producing complex documents, reports, and presentations; collecting information for meetings with staff and outside parties
- you will be supporting and arranging all logistics for Board meetings and events
- you will provide event management support as requested
- you will invest in building long-lasting relationships both externally and internally
- you will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the CEO, including those of a highly confidential or critical nature
your skills
- significant executive support experience, including supporting C-level executives
- strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Polish (C1 required)
- organizational skills and impeccable attention to details
- expert proficiency with Microsoft Office and desktop publishing software
- ability to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
- ability to work professionally with diverse groups of people - including Board members, senior executives, staff, community leaders
- ability to make appropriate, informed decisions regarding priorities and available time
- ability to react with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround
- ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little or no guidance
