Role Purpose
The role will support the Global Director leading a team within Customer Engagement to design and deliver new, globally harmonized, Digital Marketing processes and solutions that are critical for overall Digital Assets success.
Global Associate Director will be responsible for providing support in the design and implementation of the strategy and vision of the Digital Marketing processes globally and the roadmap within this area, as well as harmonize and define business processes & critical activities across all Sandoz countries (live and future), communicate changes, and work closely with delivery partners on delivery plan. Identify and align cross-functional needs for Digital Marketing areas and determine future collaboration and processes in the system. Drive a digital first approach and skills in cross-functional team, collaborate with communication, change management & training team on creation and delivery of training sessions for end users based on their roles and needs.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Align with Senior Business partners on direction. Align processes with overall Sandoz vision and strategy. Responsible for business value creation
- Perform the role of process owner in the Digital Assets agile development, support teams and countries
- Lead the creation of “user stories”; define and prioritize developments. Follow up and fine tune features, prioritize developments and come up with solutions
- Provide people with a clear understanding by designing, organizing, and leading workshops/webinars. Work in collaboration with regional team to align priorities. Support team with providing input for writing and documenting user stories that are clear, concise, and easy-to-understand for the business and development/testing team
- Provide creative solutions to meet new and evolving needs of digital marketing. Fit required changes in the existing processes / adjust the existing process flows if required, guarantee that the solutions are global and at the same time flexible. Work with the team on the solution for the requirements and explain the business need to the developers, architect, and testing team
- Work with technology partners (Pitcher, Axtria, and Salesforce) on the future roadmap. Work with functional team leads to drive resolution of issues, risk mitigation, cross-term communication, and escalation as required
- Drive overall commercial excellence process success in setting up optimized field forces and their targets and objectives; understand success factors and root cause driving outcomes
- Provide accurate and thoughtful responses to resolve a multitude of inquiries from users. Enhance engagement through regular discussion and feedback with end users
- Provide oversight and standard process methodology for Change Management practice to ensure strong on board and adoption for new initiatives and ongoing feedback for continual performance optimization

Minimum Requirements
- University degree or various degrees in science and/or business preferred. Proficient English (oral and written) is required
- At least 6 years of digital experience related to management, transformation, and Digital Assets
- Ability to work effectively across geographies and cultures, establish relationships, collaborate, and influence within a complex matrix organization, at ease with uncertainty and ambiguity
- Solid understanding of Global digital world, development processes and methodologies¨
- Senior, executive level presentation skills with ability to communicate and engage at all levels within the organization
- Demonstrated business expertise and knowledge (business insight) and the ability to consult internally and/or externally
- Excellent at building partnerships and relationships. Adept at driving clarity of engagement and operating models with pragmatism to move teams forward towards enterprise goal
- Demonstrated business impact of multichannel initiatives, through organizational metrics, revenue, profit, or cost optimization initiatives. Ability to speak multiple business languages (strategy, marketing, technology), passion for forward thinking
- Previous people manager experience within Digital Marketing or program management is preferred
