Role purpose/ summary:
As a Media Distribution Technician within Iyuno, a leading media localization company, your role is integral to the efficient and organized flow of media materials throughout our operations. You will be responsible for handling various aspects of media distribution, from receiving and organizing media files to ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining accurate metadata records. Your meticulous attention to detail and technical expertise will play a crucial part in upholding the high standards of quality and efficiency that Iyuno is renowned for.

KPIs / deliverables:
Media Material Organization and Storage: Percentage of media materials properly categorized and stored on internal servers.
- Accuracy of metadata attachment to media files.
- Timeliness and Coordination: Percentage of media materials received and delivered within specified due dates.
- Effectiveness in coordinating with project coordinators to meet project milestones.
- Quality Control: Number of media materials identified with technical issues during initial assessment.
- Percentage of identified issues successfully resolved before further processing.
- Supplier Communication: Responsiveness and effectiveness in handling correspondence with material suppliers regarding due dates and material quality.
- Number of instances where potential delays were mitigated through proactive communication.
- Archiving Efficiency: Ability to efficiently archive and retrieve media materials from servers.
- Accuracy of archived content organization for easy retrieval.
Responsibilities:
Receiving media materials / files provided in electronic and physical form;
- Saving media materials in proper locations on internal servers;
- Assisting in archiving content from servers;
- Creating and delivering metadata files;
- Assisting in control of due dates for receiving and sending media materials in cooperation with project coordinators;
- Initial technical control of incoming media materials;
- Handling correspondence with material suppliers regarding due dates and quality of materials.
Skills and
experience
required:
Excellent knowledge of Mac OS and Windows operating systems.
- Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level.
- Native level of Polish language.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work under time pressure.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Effective time management and organizational abilities.
- Availability for Evening and Weekend Shifts: This role requires flexibility in scheduling, including the ability to work during evenings and weekends.
Desired
qualifications:
Proven experience in media logistics and media technical asset management, preferably in the audiovisual industry.
- Sound knowledge of audiovisual production processes, including quality control and localization.
- Familiarity with software, servers used for acquiring and delivering audiovisual materials.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities and the ability to make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of information security protocols and practices.
